Attach the foam applicator stick by firmly twisting it into the opening on the bottom of the actuator. 2. Keeping the canister upright, press the actuator all the way down for 3-5 seconds to saturate the applicator. 3. Remove the foam applicator and actuator from the shield and wait 15 seconds before applying to the skin tag. 4. Insert the actuator into the skin tag holder as shown. 5. Position the skin tag holder behind the skin tag. Slide the skin tag holder forward until the skin tag reaches the base of the holder. (A). Press down on the actuator to make contact with the skin tag. (B). Apply continuously for 40 seconds and no longer. Use ONLY as directed. Please consult instructions for use for additional warnings. SKIN TAG IDENTIFICATION GUIDE: Location: Skin tags MUST be located in one of these 5 locations. Only treat skin tags if they are located on the neck, chest, underarms, back or groin. Shape & Feel: Skin tags MUST be soft and flexible. You should be able to move them back and forth with your finger. They must also be raised above the skin and connected to the skin by a stalk or stem-like piece of skin. Color: Skin tags MUST be similar in color to the surrounding skin. Size: Skin tags MUST be 2mm to 6mm in size. If your skin tag DOES NOT have ALL 4 characteristics, DO NOT USE this product. See a doctor as you may have a more serious skin condition. Do not expose to heat or store at temperatures above 50 degrees C (122 degrees F). Store at room temperature, away from heat.
Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid inhaling and use only in well-ventilated areas. Do not eat. For external use only. Use only as directed. Always use the applicator when applying the product. Use one applicator for each skin tag. Do not reuse the applicator. Do not use to treat the same skin tag more than 4 times in total.
